Based in Kirby, Wyoming, Wyoming Whiskey has had a simple goal: to create America’s next great bourbon. The company and product is a collaboration between its partners and 97,818 square miles of Wyoming. The Mead family first came to Wyoming as ranchers in 1890 and the state defines them, and their whiskey. They use the finest corn, wheat, barley, and water from the Big Horn Basin and promote Wyoming’s natural and human resources. Every drop of this bourbon is 100% Wyoming.
Wyoming Whiskey is one of the only independent distilleries that make their own whiskey. I know it seems like there are a lot small distilleries but most are actually buying bourbon from a massive distillery, finishing it in barrel, then slapping their label on it. That’s not the case at WW & it’s a really good thing too because what they do is way better.
This Special Edition Bourbon is made from 100% locally sourced grains and is bottled at 90 proof. It is designed to be smooth, easy-drinking, and slightly lighter than Wyoming Whiskey’s Small Batch bourbon with a red berry note complementing its customary vanilla and caramel flavor profile. This item was originally scheduled to be offered in Wyoming Only!

It’s always nice to be in good standing with one of the most beloved wine brands in America! Our special relationship with the Wagner has granted us incredible access on their newest release! These won’t last long! This is an opulent, powerful dark-fruited Cabernet with tightly woven tannins, that is just raring and ready to go. Textbook, full-bodied, revved up and ready to go, this new Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet is the definition of a crowd pleaser.

Michter’s always provides some of the best value in American Whiskey and they never miss. This one is their best bang for the buck bottling that they make. This is so smooth and delicious, you would never know this is bottled at 84.8 Proof. This is a bit of a spicy number with those signature Rye peppery notes, butterscotch, creme brulee and a hint of toasted oak. One of my all-time favorite under $50 bottles.
Back in the day, Widow Jane used to be a staple at Nicholas Wines. But as its popular has gone crazy, it’s been tougher and tougher to get my hands on any. This is a hyper small batch bourbon that was aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered and proofed with Widow Jane’s signature limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines in New York. It’s a doozy of a bottle at 93 Proof and has notes of vanilla, nutmeg, graham cracker and sweet tobacco.
With Makers you get to blend your own barrel using different different wood staves of varying levels of char & wood. In blending these barrels, there are 1001 possible combinations. For mine, I used 3 baked American pure, 2 seared French Cuvée, 2 Maker’s 46, 3 roasted French Mocha staves. It hits the senses with fragrant notes of toffee, caramel apple and coffee. Despite being high alc., it’s crazy smooth and seductive with vanilla and caramel notes and a creamy finish that delivers a super enjoyable slow burn. For me, this is hands down the best Maker’s Mark that I’ve ever tasted.
