This is a very special labor of love product from legendary Piper-Heidsieck. Here fruit is selected from more than 100 of Champagnes crus to blend together to create the Cuvée 1785. It’s a gorgeous and complex Champagne that offers up multi-dimensional layers and exquisite tiny bubbles. This is an unmistakably Piper-Heidsieck styled wine. A blend of 55% Pinot Noir , 25% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, the Pinot provides the bones and structure, the Chardonnay gives it a roundness and elegance and the Pinot Meunier is the secret ingredient to make everything come to life.
