FAQ

The following are the most frequently asked questions Nicholas Wines has heard from its users. If you have a question or would like to tell us about a great bottle of wine, please Contact Nicholas Wines, we’re interested in hearing from you.

What is your return policy?

Any mistakes surrounding wrong vintages and faulty packaging will be corrected by our staff. Please call 732-345-9977 or email us so we can rectify the order immediately. If you do not like the taste of the wine, we will replace with another wine, but the purchased wine must still have wine in the bottle and be returned within 30 days of receipt. No empty bottles will be accepted. Nicholas Wines products are temperature controlled at 56 degrees to ensure the purity of the wine. Weather, including extreme temperatures, can wreak havoc on a bottle of wine. Nicholas Wines will not ship/deliver during extreme temperatures, and we use our discretion to send only when weather permits.

Nicholas Wines will hold wine orders at no charge for up to six months. After six months, we will consider the order abandoned and release the wine. Please note: there will be NO REFUNDS for abandoned wine orders!

As an extra incentive to buy, Nicholas Wines offers an email case sale price through our email wine offers. The sale price on cases remains in effect for 8 days from the date of the original email send date.
