**Substitution** The Te Mata Cabernets-Merlot 2022 is now sold out for the vintage, and I know I needed to replace a gorgeous, expensive and highly rated Red with a wine that was greater or equal. Of course, I always like to kick it up a notch. Here’s introducing our newest wine, the 2021 Castello di Volpaia Chianti Riserva, an insanely good wine that is one of the highest decorated 2021 bottlings in all of Tuscany, let alone just Chianti. 95 points from the Wine Spectator, 94 more from Jeb Dunnuck and double 93s from James Suckling and Parker’s Wine Advocate. This is another ultra food-friendly treat that is perfect for Thanksgiving. Appetizers, turkey, stuffing, dessert, or even just in a large glass by itself. This is an incredible bottle. Retail: $55

Daniel Ford Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2023 –
This one, a special introductory release that Colin Eddy got superstar winemaker Anne Sery for his family and named after his only son. This is a gorgeous, high-toned Willamette Valley Pinot that’ll impress even the pickiest guests. It’s the perfect treat for Thanksgiving dinner. Release Price: $40/btl

Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling NV –
This is a showstopper from Roederer that earned a rare Top 100 Wine Spectator designation in their 2024 list. They’re not the only ones smitten with this incredible, World-class sparkler. 94 points from Decanter, and 93 from both Wine Specatator and James Suckling. Nothing gets a party started quite like it. Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2022 –
This is a gorgeous, big-time Napa Valley Cabernet from the Caymus family. Of course it comes with a big score, 94 points from Tasting Panel who said it was “structured like a skyscraper”. How’s that for a holiday wine?! This Napa Cab is going to absolutely steal the show with your main course. Release price: $55.
