After a few minutes in the glass, it really starts to show off. It’s an elegant, Bordeaux-style Cab Sauv with silky tannins, vibrant fruit and balanced acidity. It features aromas of black cherry and cedar, with a palate of blackberry, cassis, and sage, polished by fine-grained French oak. It is a refined, age-worthy, Cabernet that can stand up to a steak or really anything you want to throw at it.
