Anne Sery-Martindale’s Trousse Chemise has quickly become the go-to Oregon brand for many of the hottest restaurants in the country. Chinese Tuxedo, Lure Fishbar, & the Mandarin Oriental used to pour it. You could also find it at Chef Carmellini’s The Dutch, Little Park, and the Westlight.

When sommelier Raj Vaidya, Daniel Boulud’s Uber-talented wine-director, was determined to source a single American Pinot Noir to be featured in each of Daniel’s NYC hotspots (Bar Boulud, Daniel, DB Moderne and Cafe Boulud), he made the call to Anne. When the NYC restaurant group closed for the foreseeable future, we were able to help make sure those abandoned bottles found a happy home.
