They also make some of my favorites values, from the Secret del Priorat to the Celeste ‘Sur Lies’ Verdejo to today’s ‘Pazo de Bruxas’ Albarino. These wines represent some of our most requested wines, which is pretty considerable when you take into account that they’re all Tuesday nighters.

The Pazo de Bruxas is a particularly bright classic. It comes from the red-hot coastal region of Rias Baixas that is responsible for most of your favorite Albarinos. These wines aren’t light, fruity numbers; they’re more crisp and minerally, with a creamy middle and a lot of depth for a white wine.
