This is an absolutely delicious wine that comes from a varietal we don’t offer up a lot. Sometimes, you have to try something new and delicious. This beauty comes from the foothills of the Dolomites in northern Italy. It gets its name from the Palai vineyard ion Trentino-Alto Adige that ranges from 1800-2500 feet above sea level in a heavily wind blow, cool-climate site to the north of Lake Garda. With lots of exposed sun during the day and super cool nights, this is a wine with gorgeous natural acidity and a crispness that really refreshes you through in every sip. The citrus is bright and clean, notes of peach, tangerine and blood orange are unmistakable with a minerality that pierces through the fruit. This is a food friendly treat. Don’t miss it!
