This is a super limited release from the brilliant mind of one of Napa’s greatest winemakers in Chris Carpenter. Every bottle of his Mt. Brave Whiskey was aged in 2021 Mt. Brave Mount Veeder Cab Sauv barrels, imparting an extra layer of age and complexity. Chris meticulously selects the forest and toast of the Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon barrels used in the aging process, ensuring they enhance the finished whiskey without overshadowing its true character. He combines juice of an 11 and 5-year Kentucky Bourbon and does so effortlessly. This is a 117.6 Proof beauty… with way too few bottles made.

Mt. Brave Whiskey was born from two of Chris’s greatest passions: whiskey and wine. According to him, both requires similar sensibilities to achieve a balance of aromatics, flavors, and textures. This is a new project that he has started with great fanfare. The releases are extremely limited, the quality is absolutely insane.
