Fantastic sparkler that’s made from Moscato planted in the Sourgal vineyard. This wine is delicate and well-balanced- just the perfect dessert wine.

‘Tre Bicchieri Winner’, 2023 Gambero Rosso Awards
A Tre Bicchieri award is almost always an indicator of ridiculously high quality but this wine does not disappoint. Let me start by saying that it is not an exaggeration to say that the nose is one of the most expressive I’ve ever experienced in a white Italian wine. A bevy of fruits are present on the nose – apple, pear, as well as peaches which I expect will become even more pronounced over time. On the palate – a touch of honey kisses a core of apple, peach pit, lemon all riding a ripple of saline minerality. Drink now through 2033.
Those of you who trusted me and bought the Elbling this year have raved about the wine. Now we’re back with the bubbly version. Noticeably drier than most champagnes, the bouquet is an ever unfolding dance of pears & cranberries. On the palate, the wine is quite dry but juicy, and tight, inviting sip after sip. White peach with a touch of mineral salinity dominate.

Ruinart has always been one of my favorites. Their consistency through the years is very well-documented and this is a beautiful Pinot Noir/Chardonnay Cuvee as always. The nose is super expressive with citrus and tropical fruits with some cherry and raspberry aromas that come on at the end. The palate is distinctive and lush with great balance and freshness and an elegance that seeps from the flute. A rock solid Champagne.

The Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco NV is a delicious sparkler that comes from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. A brilliant straw yellow color, the first sip is an intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. If you love fruit forward sparklers… this one is for you.
