Joseph Drouhin is one of the biggest names in all of Burgundy. They’re a super prestigious winemaking house based that have built a tremendous reputation for producing high-quality wines from renowned appellations like Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Chablis. But they also do amazing work with Beaujolais.

Nestled in the heart of Greater Burgundy lies Beaujolais, a unique wine region where the Gamay grape reigns supreme across 38 villages. Since the 1950s, Maison Joseph Drouhin has been crafting distinctive wines from this area’s schist and pink granite soils, accounting for some of the more interesting and noteworthy bottlings over the past few decades.

These wines are characterized by their bright fruit flavors, light body, and refreshing acidity. They are perfect for casual drinking and pair well with a variety of dishes and would completely shine on any Thanksgiving table.
