Fabrice Gasnier is consistently one of the best producers in Chinon. The La Cravantine is a sparkling rosé made from 100% Cabernet Franc and it delivers a incredibly unique punch. It’s bright and lively with a wonderfully smooth, rich aftertaste that lingers on the mouth. Great with food or enjoyed by itself during cocktail hour!

Every year, this wine has proven to be a Nicholas Wines staple. The newly released 2022 Frenzy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a fabulous value white wine, loaded with green apples, pears and white peaches plus a hint of spice. It’s juicy and fresh, the perfect cocktail hour white. It’s what is referred to as the perfect ‘pool wine’. It’s great paired with just about anything or just enjoyed on its own.
90 Points, Wine Enthusiast
Double Canyon continues to prove themselves amongst the best producers in Washington State with each new vintage produced. For four consecutive vintages, they’ve seen their Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet highly scored, and I know for sure the 2019 will continue the trend (already a 90-point score from WE). This checks all the boxes of a great Double Canyon Cab. It’s got pristine red and black fruits. On the attack, the wine offers intricately woven youthful tannins that give the wine a delicious and slightly chewy taste. It’s a crowd pleaser – one of Nicholas Wines’ all-time customer favorites.

This champagne is so good, it’s often a staple on the wine lists of Michelin two and three star restaurants. It offers elegant aromatics, pristine fruit and the crisp, mineral finish that screams for food. We loved it so much, we asked Jacques Diebolt to bottle a special cuveé for the restaurant– and he happily agreed!
90 Points, Vinous
Josh Raynolds of Vinous’ equalled his highest score ever in his ten years reviewing the wine, calling it “lively and sharply focused” as well as complimenting the “very good clarity on the palate, with nervy strawberry, redcurrant and tangerine flavors plus a touch of honeysuckle.” It’s bone-dry yet boasts juicy red and citrus fruits with the “sneaky mineral and floral nuances” that Raynolds called out as well. It’s just a super solid, vibrant and zipped up wine.
