This is their Champagne Rose, a gorgeous Cremant with tons of lively aromas and flavors. It’s a 63% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier blend. It’s a gorgeous blended rose that was fermented in thermostatically controlled vats, giving this so much expression and depth.
