This is a gorgeous Chardonnay that is the standard for Western Australia Chardonnay. It has enough creamy texture without the buttery heaviness that kills a lot of Chardonnays. It’s completely dialed in winemaking, nothing that’s oaky overkill.

The result? Crisp green apple, with white peach, lemon zest, and tropical fruit with hints of crushed almond with hints of even some baking spice. It’s elegant, balanced, and refreshing without ever being thin. Vinous and Wine Enthusiast both came in at 92 points with Wine Enthusiast giving it a ‘Best Buy’ designation. Wine Enthusiast called it “Equally rich and mouthfilling but lifted by a lovely line of acidity.” I’m calling a perfect summer sipper.
