For the first time ever, Bisol, the founding family of Prosecco has decided to make a Prosecco Rose and we are the first in the U.S. to have our hands on this baby. An intricate blend of Pinot Nero and Glera Tonda coming from the Veneto region in Northern Italy.

This one is incredibly seductive on the nose and crisp and refreshing on the palate with tiny creamy bubbles that completely seal the deal.

For the first time ever in the U.S., Pink bubbles from our favorite, Bisol. The 2019 Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco Rose is a tasty, refreshing sparkler that comes from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. This is the first year the family has made a pink Prosecco, but I’m lobbying for this every year. Inviting aromas of flowers and wild strawberries, with a complex mouthfeel that sings with citrus fruits and creaminess from the tiny crisp bubbles. This is a ‘must have’ this holiday season.
