This beauty comes courtesy of Paolo Giusti, the fourth-generation owner of a prestigious winery nestled in the picturesque hills of Tuscany. Paolo’s the son of renowned Bruno, a true pioneer of high-density vineyard planting during the wine industry’s transformative era in the 1980s. Paolo does a lot more than carry the family name, with an unwavering commitment to producing exceptional wines and even better values.

Over the sun-kissed hills of the Tuscan coast, they cultivate 17 hectares of mainly red grapes with plantation density from 7,000 to 10,000 vines per hectare. In layman’s terms, they operate under the ‘quality through scarcity’ method. Their average grape yield is staggeringly low 0.6 kilo per plant, guaranteeing perfect ripeness. All the agricultural work is organic, working only with organic and biodynamic compounds in the vineyards. All this hard, deliberate works makes a big difference.
