Domaine de la Baume is a historic 176-hectare wine estate in Servian, France. They are in southern France between Béziers and Pézenas in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, it produces award-winning wines that blend French terroir with modern winemaking. Not only that, they were one of the first wineries that championed night harvesting to preserve freshness.
The vineyards are spread across clay-limestone, sandy, and stony soils. They cultivate a mix of international and native grapes, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. But don’t sleep on their Picpoul de Pinet.
