TRIM is a well crafted Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from outstanding vineyards throughout the North and Sonoma Coasts in California. The project involves working with some of the best vineyards to produce a lush, well balanced, and fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a Cabernet that couldn’t be any better for the price.

In 2011, Ray Signorello started the TRIM project with a few friends to offer a well-crafted California Cabernet Sauvignon to the market for a great price. He is proud to bring his more than 30 years of experience to this project. Offering sophisticated flavor with sensible value, the TRIM Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that shows his love and passion for wine.

The new release, the 2018 edition is a lush, juicy Cabernet with soft, silky tannins and a nice acidic backbone.  The nose offers plush cherry and strawberry fruit, as well as licorice, herbal tea, chamomile, cinnamon and vanilla.
