St. Elder Natural Elderflower Liqueur

The Hugo Spritz is having a big year and this delicious liqueur plays a pivotal role in its creation. This is a 40 Proof liqueur that features sweet notes of elderflower, with some lemon-lime powered citrus and a splash of honey. It’s a must-have mixer in your bar for the Hugo Spritz and beyond.

Hugo Spritz Recipe:
Ingredients:
1-2 oz St. Elder elderflower liqueur
3-4 oz chilled Bisol or Bele Casel Prosecco
1 oz club soda or tonic water
Mint and lime wedges added to liking

Directions (Easy):
Start with a few ice cubes in a glass.
First add the St. Elder liquer
Next add the chilled prosecco and stir lightly
Finish with club soda or tonic water (personally, I go for club soda for this one)
Garnish with a few mint leaves and or some lime wedges.
