The 2025 Redentore Pinot Grigio is an electric Italian white from 15+ year-old vines planted in alluvial clay soils. The wine stays on its fine lees for months with regular stirring to add depth and texture and it does wonders here. It gives it a lot more body and personality than so many Pinot Grigios you’re going to find out there. That’s why it tastes the way it does: elegant but substantial, fresh, yet complete. The checkered label is an homage to the tiled floor of St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice. You can’t miss it when you see it, and you won’t forget it once you’ve tasted it.

The De Stefani family has been making wine since the late 1800s and are now on their fourth generation today under the talented Alessandro. Everything is farmed organically, with wild yeasts only, and they haven’t added a single sulfite since 2009! This is serious winemaking with serious conviction.
