This is an absolute beauty from the same region where Santa Margherita, Jermann, Pieropan and many others built the incredible reputation that they have today. It hits you right out of the gate with a lot of energy, tension and minerality with stone fruits, and a really nice mix of fruit and straw on the nose. This is light but expressive, a medium-bodied delight that could work well with pretty much anything from salads to desserts with pretty much anything in between. This is going to be a staple for Kim Crawford for many years to come. Pretty cool to get in before anyone!
