The Sinatra family and Jack Daniel’s have a partnership that dates back to 2015 when they made a Sinatra Century for what would’ve been Frank’s 100th birthday. After that, they agreed on a ‘Sinatra Select’ each year since 2018 as a signature bottling. Seeing as Jack was always Sinatra’s go-to Whiskey, it makes sense that this has become one of their most limited and most special releases.
It’s a very small project but there’s a lot that goes into it. For one, the age on this is not disclosed but rumored to be at least a year or two older than the signature JD. They also use special barrels that they designate as ‘Sinatra Barrels’ that have deep grooves carved into the staves specifically to expose the whiskey to extra layers of toasted oak. It helps gives this one a super charge and then some. It’s bold with dried apricot notes, a touch of honey, fresh baked banana bread, some vanilla and a layer of smokiness that creeps in at the end. It’s nothing like regular Jack Daniel’s, I can assure you of that.
I only have 24 bottles to go around which is why we opted for a text. I’ve seen folks all over the place with pricing for this with the average a little over $200/btl and a few folks as high as $240! We check in well below that today for as long as these precious few bottles last!

Our special relationship with the red-hot Wyoming Whiskey has given us some incredible opportunities. We had a ‘Steamboat’ Whiskey that was previously only for the state of Wyoming as well as our own private barrel. Now, we’ve got their super limited production of Outryder Rye. It’s not a bourbon. It’s not a true rye. The result is a incredibly unique spirit that’s great for sipping or making cocktails. This Straight American Whiskey is a blend of two distinct mashbills, an almost Rye Whiskey and a High Rye Bourbon, that represents Wyoming Whiskey’s first use of Rye.
For my money, this might be both the best Whiskey under $50 and the most criminally under-priced Whiskey (not that I’m complaining). Whiskey Advocate has named this one to their 7 best under $60/bottlings, but as you can see this checks in way below. This small batch bourbon is made from barrels picked by father and son master distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell. It’s as smooth as can be and jampacked with notes of caramel, vanilla, rye spice and burnt orange peel. Bottled at 90 Proof, this one leaves a nice, warm Kentucky hug that lingers nicely on the back palate.
When my yearly allocation came in for W.L. Weller, I was pleased to find out that I was granted a few ‘bonus bottles’ by the powers that be. Hey, you know I’m not arguing. I only got a few more the Single Barrel, 12-Year and the Antique so I decided to put those into 3-packs and sell those as well. Get in while you can, I only have three. Each 3-pack sampler includes 1 bottle each of the following:
Weller Single Barrel (orange)
Weller 12 year (black)
Old Weller Antique (red)
94 Points, Tasting Panel
Michter’s always provides some of the best value in American Whiskey and they never miss. This one is their best bang for the buck bottling that they make. This is so smooth and delicious, you would never know this is bottled at 84.8 Proof. This is a bit of a spicy number with those signature Rye peppery notes, butterscotch, creme brulee and a hint of toasted oak. One of my all-time favorite under $50 bottles.
