The third generation of winemakers continues to build on their family’s already incredible legacy. Recently, Antonio Galloni of Vinous referred to them as “one of Soave’s, actually Italy’s, most important producers” and talked about the “state of constant evolution and experimentation over the past few years” that has helped turn these gorgeous wines into perennial power houses.
Their method is simple but undeniable, and apparently hard enough to replicate that they continue to shine brighter than any of their neighbors. The white grapes are picked fully ripe, gently pressed and then left to settle before a temperature-controlled fermentation and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. This is why these wines are both beautifully balanced and aromatically expressive. Minimal filtering, minimal interference – pure expression.
When others’ follow this, they make pretty wines. But at Inama – these white wines amount to some of the most highly rated whites in the world.

95 Points, James Suckling
Very ripe, yet discreet and so mineral and punchy, almost like smelling a wet rock. Bone-dry and crisp, yet elegant and textured. Really attractive and subtle with a linear, mineral finish. Delicious now, but will hold, too.
93-95 Points, Vinous
Crushed stone and flowers, underbrush and pear transform in the glass becoming more floral over time as the 2020 Soave Classico I Palchi Foscarino Grande Cuvée slowly unfolds. This is silky-smooth, with a balanced and attractive sweetness and juicy acids that motivate the ripe apple and green melon within. That’s when the minerality comes forward, mixing with pretty inner florals and gingery spice through the long and structured finale. This could emerge as a masterpiece.

Sonoma Coast is well-known as a cool-climate region, perfect for growing Chardonnay. That’s why it’s such a big deal for Route Stock to transition over for the first time from Carnernos over to here. The newly released 2022 beams freshness and comes packed with a delightful energy in its youth. It has a pale straw color with lime hues. The aromas are of honeysuckle, orange blossom and creme brulee with layers of vanilla and a hint of toffee. The palate is lively yet soft with flavors of lemon cream pie and merange.

If you’ve never heard of Bisci, let’s start here. Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate called Giuseppe Bisci’s Verdicchio “one of the finest I’ve ever tasted,” and noted that “Verdicchio is one of the joys of Italian oenology that rarely gets the respect it deserves, and few producers do it better than Bisci.” A staple at $85/bottle for both French Laundry and Eleven Madison Park. “Verdicchio is one of the joys of Italian oenology that rarely gets the respect it deserves, and few producers do it better than Bisci.” – The Wine Advocate
Every year, Pierre Sparr’s Alsacian Riesling is one of the top scoring wines in the under $20 category. There’s a consistency there and consumers know they can count on a Riesling that is aromatic, fruity, elegant, clean and vibrant. Pierre Sparr wines are extremely food-friendly especially in the widely praised 2021 vintage where quality rose to an all-time high. It’s a bone-dry beauty with layers of citrus fruits, framed by wet stone and mineral character that adds dimension.
This one is so fruit friendly and inviting and also the perfect treat for some Italian food or fresh fish. It leads with beautiful notes of stone fruit, lemon, lime, and some acacia flowers. It’s delicate, but still full on the mouth, with good structure, freshness, and intensity.
