Herdade do Esporão is one of Portugal’s most respected and sustainably run wineries in the Alentejo region. They call this one Pé Branco—”barefoot white”—and that’s exactly what it is. Nothing fancy or over the top, no overthinking, just a youthful, fruit-forward expression that captures everything good about Alentejo’s warm, sun-soaked vineyards.
They harvest early in the cool morning hours and ferment everything in stainless steel to keep the purity and aromatic intensity intact.
