Pinot Noir fans should do everything possible to find this incredible value. It all starts with ripe red cherry and tart blackberry aromas playing off of one another in fine sweet-tart fashion. Additional aromas of black tea and loamy soil linger in the background. Then comes a delightful blackcap raspberry jam flavor that is balanced by lemony acidity and fine-grained tannins. There is also this baked good flavor that, appropriately enough given the raspberry jam, comes across like a warm sourdough biscuit. The wine’s texture is extraordinarily silky, like sliding into a bed made with 600 thread count sheets.

Aromas of bright red fruit, dried herbs, flowers, cocoa and spices. The palate is full-bodied with supple tannins, balanced acidity and a fresh, juicy finish. Drink now. Screw cap.
