In 2018, she completed construction of a state-of-the-art two-level gravity-fed winery, designed to preserve the authentic expression of each vineyard independently using 16 concrete tanks(!) Once the wines age properly in French and Slavonian oak botti, Natalie selects them herself to create the perfect harmony in the La Fiorita Brunello blend.
