On the nose, it offers a beautifully pure-fruited bouquet of green apple, juicy pear, with a hint of straw and lemon that come in and out. The palate is so juicy and focused with an incredbly crisp acidity, which acts as a refreshing counterpoint to the ripe orchard fruit flavors. The wine is vibrant and lively – a clean, pure expression from start to finish. The texture is light and elegant, culminating in a dry, zesty finish that leaves you wanting more!
