Di Majo Norante has been cultivating vines there since the 1800s, and today they’re farming over 85 hectares organically in the Ramitello zone, where consistent summer breezes and that unique mix of sandy, calcareous soils create perfect conditions for native varieties like Falanghina.
When I tasted this, I immediately understood why James Suckling awarded it 90 points, calling it “bright and juicy” with “lemon rind, grapefruit and chamomile aromas.” This is summer sipping in a bottle, Italian style – the kind of high-toned, fresh white that makes you want to grab a seat on the patio and forget about everything else.

Di Majo Norante, often referred to simply as “De Majo,” is a highly respected winery from Molise, Italy, a region often overlooked but with a long history of winemaking. The estate has been cultivating vines since the 1800s.
