It’s a crisp, medium-weight Premier Cru with plenty of lift and natural acid but also with a nice mid-palate and some creamy notes of butterscotch, white peach and citrus with Montagny’s signature limestone minerality that shoots across your tongue. This is a rather unknown gem that is most definitely on the up and up. The balance here, the tension… you’re definitely getting your money’s worth with this one.
