Chad came up huge for us this year, and didn’t forget all the support from the Nicholas Wines faithful. He couldn’t get a lot, but he cashed in on a big-time Sonoma Coast score from an incredibly special vineyard that I can’t type but houses a lot of the big boys.
This Pinot perfectly captures that exceptional quality of the site – juicy and seemingly stuffed with bright red berry fruits. It’s almost offensively delicious and far too easy to drink. The acidity is perfectly balanced; it will pair wonderfully with food but it’s oh so drinkable on its own.

The wine is very fine aromatically, with a high-toned, black cherry nose kissed with just a touch of spice. The fruit is absolutely pure Pinot, bright and vibrant. For the price, it’s absolutely killer Pinot.
