And rightly so, but Alessandro’s Tuesday nighter is just as impressive.

His brand new released 2021 Valpolicella Classico is elegant, with aromas and flavors of spicy raspberries and black cherries. It’s aromatically complex, with fine aromas of blackberries, anise and Asian spices.

It is a wine for pizza, fresh, fruity and vibrant, working just as well with the sausage, kale and vinegar pepper pizza as it does with the classic Margherita. This blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara is a great choice for a ‘house wine’, as it pairs quite well with a variety of food, from pizza to grilled meat to roasted poultry.
