Big Salt White Blend Oregon 2025

The blend is different each year depending on which fruit shows the best. In 2025, it’s 46% Riesling, 28% Gewürztraminer, 18% Early Muscat, plus Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris from vineyards spanning from 1976 own-rooted vines in Oregon City to the most southern vineyard in Cave Junction. Each lot is treated differently before everything goes into the same tank for native fermentation.

This is what happens when Oregon’s best collaborate on something special. It’s become a cult wine for good reason — it’s honest, delicious, and perfect with seafood. Checking in at 12.5% alcohol, this is one of those low-alcohol, high-acid wines that scream for oysters. But in reality, it works with pretty much anything else, from salad to pasta.

Forbes isn’t helping keep this one under wraps either. They recently wrote an entire article about Big Salt titled “This Oregon White Wine Has A Cult Following – And It’s About To Go Big.”

The new 2025 Big Salt Oregon White Blend is outrageously good, and it’s one of the best values in the entire country. This is a co-fermented blend from 10 different vineyards across the entire state. Only in Oregon could you have this many friends willing to collaborate on such a project!
