96 Points, Tasting Panel – 93 Pts, Whisky Advocate (#14 Whiskey of 2021)
When I opened it, I was immediately greeted with the smell of sweet pecan pie and freshly baked banana bread, with some sandalwood and a little vanilla from the oak. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with some nuttiness, dried fruit and a little maple syrup, with a hint of spice on the backend. I usually don’t go for Tennessee Whisky, but this one happens to be deserving of its big scores and high praise.
