Sitting at nearly 2000 feet above sea level, this high-altitude vineyard is also treated to ancient Cambrian soils, rich with sandy loam, and quartz. With little water, these are super low-yielding vines with high concentration and incredible depth of purity in the fruit. It’s a little bit Northern Rhone in style with really expressive red and black fruits, spice and fine tannins that leave one heck of an impression through the finish.

This 2021 Dreams of Gold Shiraz is delicious. Detailed and fresh, this is spicy and layered with vibrant berries and grippy tannins. Really pleasurable.
Barr-Eden Estate is a storied piece of land situated at the crest of Mengler’s Hill, one of the highest points of land in all of Australian winemaking.
