Bargetto Regan Vineyard Reserve Pinot Noir 2023

This is an absolutely beautiful single-vineyard Pinot Noir that I think is going to blow people away. It comes from a phenomenal vineyard, in Regan which plenty of top estates source fruit from. To me, this is one of those quintessential California Pinot Noirs. Beautiful with waves of cherry, strawberry and rhubarb, this is a silky number that gets better each time you revisit it. Wine Enthusiast was a huge fan, dialing up a rare 96-point score for a wine that they just couldn’t rave enough about, describing seductive aromas like “such as ‘cherry, star anise and Silk Road spice den.” I’m not even sure what all of that means, but I think it means they liked it as much as I did.
