I’ve continued to be impressed and, admittedly, a bit caught off guard by the Banshee wines each time. It feels to me like a winery that’s been around forever, but in reality it’s been less than 15 years. I think a lot of that is due to how popular their wines have become, and for good reason.
Banshee’s wines offer buyers some of the best values in California out of much-beloved Sonoma County. They don’t make strictly value wines–some of their single-vineyard stuff can get up into the $70-80/bottle range–but for values like this Sauvignon Blanc, they’re incredibly tough to beat!
