1792 Sweet Wheat Bourbon

This baby spent 8 years in barrel and was bottled at 91.2 Proof.  It was crafted with sweet and delicate wheat instead of the more traditional rye, making this Kentucky Bourbon distinctively different from most others, especially at 1792.  For that reasons, it’s become a particular favorite and a limited release that is highly sought after. The soft wheat delivers a subtle and smooth taste with gentle layers of flavor. Each sip expresses a harmony of sweetness and dryness. It’s an absolute winner and maybe the best bottle of whiskey that Barton’s 1792 makes. Unfortunately, it’s super hard to get! I’d snag one while you can.
