Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Situated in heart of bourbon country on 196 acres, the Distillery has 29 barrel aging warehouses to their name along with 22 other buildings. After aging for 12 years, this bourbon is brought to proof with iron-free, Kentucky limestone water — the same water used by Tom Moore over a century ago.

This is a special bottling from Barton 1792 that whiskey collectors always are itching to get their hands on. Rich creamy notes of french vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and whipped caramel. On the mouth, candied pecans, walnuts, rye spice and gingerbread with butterscotch notes on the finish that is dry, but length and very smooth.
