Trousse Chemise Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2024

For the past decade, Anne has been able to craft true odes to her Côte de Nuits roots with no rules or limits. This is Oregon Pinot Noir made in the Burgundian style: fresh, crunchy blue and red fruits with perfectly wound-up silky tannins that add harmony and focus.
The newly released 2024 bottling is off the charts. There’s an abundance of cherries, black currant, Santa Rosa plums with a sprinkle of baking spices. Juicy and energetic, yet elegant and structured. It’s a touch of class in a vintage that very well may end up being considered legendary.

Original price was: $45.00.Current price is: $23.50.

It’s so fine aromatically; a product of the cool, high elevation mountain sources. On the palate, it’s primary, fresh and fruity but the finish is long and stony, balancing that terrific fruit perfectly.

In her early 20s, Anne started her Trousse Chemise project at night and on weekends, making a basic cuvee of Willamette Valley Pinot and an incredible single vineyard, Hyland Vineyard.

Nearly 10 years later, the program has grown to include single AVAs like Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains and a wonderful new Rose of Pinot Noir as well. But her Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is still her calling card, consistently delivering exceptional value to her growing fanbase.

Every year since inception, Anne Sery’s Trousse Chemise wines have wowed folks from Coast to Coast (like Daniel Boulud). Thankfully, Anne Sery’s side project hasn’t yet ascended into the cult status of Rajat Parr’s ‘Evening Land’ or Maggie Harrison’s ‘Antica Terra,’ because once it does (and believe me, it will get there) it will not be very easy to get any of Anne’s eight annual barrels of Willamette Valley Trousse Chemise Pinot Noir
