This is easily one of the finest Verdicchios I’ve tasted under $20 – a wine of incredible purity, precision, and character that delivers far beyond its modest price tag.

James Suckling certainly agrees. He gave this a super rare 93-point score for an under $20 bottling, praising its “restrained” character with a “smooth attack, silky texture, medium body, and crisp acidity.” 

My own tasting experience echoes this praise – vibrant stone fruits dance with delicate white flowers and a fascinating hint of candied ginger. The balance is impeccable, with just the right tension between fruit and acidity. It’s a wine that shines brilliantly with food but can easily be enjoyed on its own, especially on a beautiful day.
