It utilizes the gorgeous Pinot Noir fruit used to make Ten and Southing and instead transitions a small portion of that fruit into their super secretive ‘mailing-list only’ (until now) Sparkling wine. It’s made using the traditional method and finished as a Brut Nature, leaving it super crisp and dry with mouthwatering cherry and wild strawberry notes that intermingle with brioche and a splash of ocean salinity.

We are lucky to have our hands on Sea Smoke’s elusive, exclusive and exquisite Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay, the famous cool-climate Chard that helped propel this underdog into the elite stratosphere and cult status. Made with Dijon and Wente clones, they use stainless steel as well as French oak foudres and demi-muids to ferment their Chardonnay which brings out elegance and a laser-focused Chardonnay.
