This is arguably the best PG I’ve ever had. The quality is that evident. No wonder this one is such a NYC restaurant favorite as well. It shows the elegance you rarely find in Pinot Grigio with a distinctive character that emerges when this noble grape variety meets the unique terroir of Collio and the Colli Orientali Friulani. Crafted from vineyards less than 20 years old, this wine represents a fresh, vibrant expression of the region’s potential.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, then delicately but quickly pressed to preserve the wine’s classic straw yellow color while preventing any color extraction from the grape skins. In the glass, it presents a beautiful straw yellow color with subtle golden highlights. The nose offers enticing aromas of exotic fruits intermingled with delicate rose petals and floral notes. On the palate, it delivers a rich, refreshing flavor profile with medium body, showcasing both fruit-forward character and distinctive minerality.
