Sandhi is a small production California winery focusing on select vineyards from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. Sandhi was founded in 2010 by Rajat Parr, the wine director for Michael Mina Restaurants, and winemaker, Sashi Moorman. Together, the two have found incredible success in a number of different projects.

2019 marks the first release of the Central Coast Chardonnay from this great, small lineup. This is a really solid effort, lots of character and personality with tremendous balance and precision. The Central Coast Chard is here to stay!

Inaugural Central Coast Release

Sandhi is a super small production project created by famed sommelier, Rajat Parr in a partnership with winemaker Sashi Moorman. The 2019 vintage is the first release of Central Coast Chardonnay. The vineyard sites are now mostly planted to older vines across a broader array of microclimates and soils. This brings out character and depth in the 2019 Central Coast Chardonnay. This has great balance and structure and is the next great Chard in a long line from this dynamic duo.
