Poggio Argentiera has been farming the Maremma since 1997, with vineyards split between the Adua farm—just 3 miles from the Tyrrhenian Sea—and hillside plots in Baccinello where stony soils and higher elevation add structure and complexity. This is coastal Tuscany at its finest. I tasted the 2022 Bellamarsilia and it’s exactly what you want: vibrant, delicious, fresh and pure with that unmistakable Sangiovese silky character.

92 Points, James Suckling
I tasted the 2022 Bellamarsilia last week and it’s exactly what you want: vibrant, delicious, fresh and pure with that unmistakably silky Sangiovese character. James Suckling came in at 92 points calling out “pretty aromas of orange peel and flowers with red fruits, medium body, fine tannins and freshness and clarity.” Europe’s own, Falstaff, came in just lower at 91 points describing “ripe tannins, well-integrated acidity and a medium-long salty finish.” You’re getting a whole lot for a wine that’s checking in under $15/bottle. Simply a no-brainer.
