Mohua Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2021

Mohua is less than 15 years old, but has quickly proven themselves to be one of New Zealand’s most exciting producers. Armed with a number of generational winemakers, they work exclusively in NZ’s top two regions, making their Sauv Blanc in Marlborough and Pinot Noir in Central Otago. Amazingly, Mohua has never had a vintage where their Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has failed to register a 90-point score.

That streak certainly wasn’t broken in 2021, inversely, they actually received one of their highest scores to date, a 92-point review from Europe’s most famous and stingiest wine reviewers, Decanter who deemed their wine “classically styled” with a “finely rounded texture”.

This is what I mean by consistency.

Original price was: $15.00.Current price is: $13.30.

92 Points, Decanter
“Focused nose of pink grapefruit with notes of lemon and lay- ers of flowers and fresh herbs. Classically styled, finely rounded texture.”

92 Points, Decanter

This is a gorgeous NZ Sauvignon Blanc that hits all the right notes. It boasts the signature aromatics that just burst from the glass that super clean, crisp medley of tropical fruit that dazzles the palate. I get gooseberry, mango and grapefruit with a some herbal notes that linger on the finish. A total summer sweetheart deal that we get to bring to you at an incredible price.
