Yesterday’s offer featured the very last of the 2018 vintage, scooped up by the Nicholas Wines faithful. Unfortunately, that offer didn’t make it 24 hours, so we put in a word and luckily have a brand new vintage behind it.
This wine is killer though, and it’s as fresh and as juicy as a Chardonnay can be. Bright and extremely inviting on the nose with fresh citrus and lemon notes. It’s classic Caymus, rich and hedonistic with a wonderful creaminess. Mer Soleil’s fresh and juicy fruit, balanced perfectly by the new vintage’s vibrant acidity.

Following the super quick sell out of the remaining 2018 vintage, we’re onto a new vintage and to a Chardonnay that is so noticeably fresh and bright. An inviting nose opens with fresh citrus and lemon notes. So juicy and well-balanced- it’s classic Caymus, rich and hedonistic with a wonderful creaminess. The first of the 2019 vintage is here and it is a doozy. Don’t wait too long to get your hands on these. We know they go quickly!
