Marisa and her husband Andrea Ferraioli, along with their star winemaker Luigi Moio, are making magic happen on those gravity-defying terraced vineyards between Positano and Amalfi.
Their estate, Gran Furor Divina Costiera, has been a leader in Southern Italy since the 1940s. The vines somehow cling to the rocky cliffs high above the sea, amazingly transforming that singular combination of sea spray, ancient rock, and Mediterranean sun into something extraordinary in the bottle.
