And the Perle Blanche is their crown jewel: a special old-vine parcel of Sauvignon Blanc bottled entirely on its own, and reserved exclusively for the finest fruit the estate produces.

The 2025 vintage delivered in spades. Lower yields and smaller berries created exceptional concentration and purity—the kind of natural intensity you simply cannot manufacture. Vibrant citrus fruit with that classic limestone minerality that makes great Sancerre so addictive. Old vines in clay-limestone soils, fermented and aged in stainless steel to bring out all the true smells and flavors.
