Robert Parker Jr. has said that” Hall’s Cabernets are not only among the best of Napa Valley but of the world.” Antonio Galloni has highlighted the wines, “rich, opulent and, flamboyant” style.
In the enormous 2014 vintage that Wine Spectator called a “dream” vintage in Napa, Hall pushed it to the limits with a full-bodied dark fruited, beautifully structured wine. Jeb Dunnuck gave the wine 93 points and called it “tremendous value”.
We have only seven cases of this one but when I tasted it, I knew I wanted every bottle to offer up today.

Blueberries, black cherries, licorice and hints of charcoal all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, ripe, opulent red that lacks the sheer grandeur and finesse of the top cuvee, yet packs gorgeous fruit and offers a peek at the quality coming from this estate. The blend is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, and 1% Cabernet Franc aged in 50% new French oak.”
