A special offering by the famous Kentucky distillery, Buffalo Trace and named after the 19th century whiskey salesman who built one of the largest and most influential distilleries in the U.S. at the time. What is now Buffalo Trace was once known as the George T Stagg distillery.
Paying homage to the salesman, these bottlings are incredibly rare and offer some of the finest examples of Whiskey making ever. The 2011 Release of George T. Stagg was distilled entirely in the winter of 1994 and aged in warehouses H, I, K and L.
At 142.8 Proof, it’s got so much brute force, yet if you put a drop of water in a glass with only a little whiskey, you can see that this opens up into something so pure and so perfect, you won’t even want to take a sip. But you need to.

I have one of High West’s newest and rarest releases, a limited roll out of Campfire Whiskey – a blend that they make using some of the finest scotch, bourbon and rye whiskey barrels they can get. This is a pretty complex blend and it gets increasingly better and more interesting with every return to the glass and new dimension unlocked. This one checks in at 92 Proof (46% alc.) and has a ton of different caramel, oak, light smoke, leather, dried fruit and zesty spices that send your taste buds on a straight up rollercoaster ride. Unfortunately, I have only a few bottles to go round – not enough for an offer of any kind.
This is a very, very special library offer from our friends at Val di Suga and is also a very limited one. There are only a few of these amazing six-pack collector’s boxes for sale. Two bottles each from Val di Suga’s three single vineyard sites. Val di Suga is the only Brunello producer that controls three separate estate vineyards located in three specific climate zones in the appellation. Each vineyard site has its own unique exposure and geo-climatic features which expresses itself in every bottle. Not to be missed. *Original wooden boxes come included.*
94 Pts, Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy) – 93 Pts, Wine Spectator
This is an exceptional premier cru offering from one of the most famous, most collected Burgundy producers. Clos des Porrets is a monopole, purchased by the Gouges family in 1933. Grégory claims it produces wine with the best potential of long aging within his range of wines. It has old vines rooted in pink limestone and rich clay, producing dynamite Nuits Saint Georges. Aromatically complex, with violets, black cherries and a touch of Burgundian earth. This is truly extraordinary red Burgundy, an epic wine of power with finesse and just amazing potential.
Sinatra Select was a partnership with the Sinatra family and Jack Daniel’s that dates back to 2018. Jack as was always Sinatra’s go-to Whiskey, as was well-documented, so it makes sense that one of their most limited and special releases. They use these special barrels they designate as ‘Sinatra Barrels’ that have deep grooves carved into the staves specifically to expose the whiskey to extra layers of toasted oak. It’s bold with dried apricot notes, with a touch of honey, some vanilla and a layer of smokiness. It’s nothing like regular Jack Daniel’s, I can assure you of that.
